At Family & Cosmetic Dentistry of Murfreesboro you aren’t just another patient; you are part of our family.  We are your friends, your colleagues, your neighbors.  We all eat, sleep, live and breathe right here in Murfreesboro, TN just like you do.  We try to take the time to get to know each and every patient, and what is important in their dental health at the moment.  We see patients from ages 2 to 102 (actually I think currently our oldest patient is in their mid 90s, but you get the idea!)  We are currently treating our third generation of patients.  We want you to know that we are here for you.

We provide most all phases of dentistry. Our main dental procedures on a day-to-day basis are general, family dental care such as routine dental examinations, digital dental x-rays, bi-annual dental teeth cleanings, fillings, root canal treatments, dental crowns, dental implants, and fixed dental bridges. However, we do all of those things with a close focus on how they will impact the overall cosmetic appearance in the mouth of each patient. We have not placed an ugly, silver metal filling in any patient’s mouth since 2000. We only use tooth-colored, light-cured composite resin fillings. We also no longer use any metal in our dental crowns or dental fixed bridges. So there is never that ugly, dark-looking line at the gumline. We use only zirconia (Bruxzir) and lithium disilicate (E-Max) materials for our dental crowns and fixed bridgework. We use a high-tech, intra-oral digital dental scanner to make our dental “impressions” now - NO MORE GOOPY STUFF TO GAG YOU! We also provide high-quality cosmetic services such as porcelain veneers, Invisalign (invisible aligner braces), and tooth whitening/bleaching. We have a LIVE person from here in our office to always answer your calls. We don’t use a third-party call center or answering service. Dr. Nicholson’s personal cell phone number is always listed on our answering machine should you call after hours. You can call him or text him. We want you to know that we are here for you and your family and that EVERYONE IS WELCOME HERE!
